LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule or adjust your services to fit within the time frame we have to work with.
CANCELATIONS
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 30% of your scheduled service cost does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
PAYMENT
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Union Pay cards as well as cash and checks. A $25 service fee will be charged for returned checks.
REDOS/REFUNDS
If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. We do not offer refunds.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept product returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. No cash value is given, however an in salon credit will be issued.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
MUSE Hair Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate or disrespectful behavior to any of our team members.
